Célia is Managing Partner and Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer at Complear, supporting digital health and medtech companies with software and AI solutions.
Célia has over 14 years in innovation in healthcare and over 7 years of experience in software as medical device.
She holds a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering and an MSc in Bioengineering, specialised in Biomedical Engineering.
She is also an Invited Professor at the University of Porto on Bioentrepreneurship and a Guest Lecture on Digital Health Courses on the topic of Regulation.
In 2025, she and Complear were recognized as winners of the Women in Tech EU awards.
