Aisha Sauer

European Commission

Dr. Aisha Sauer is a Molecular Biologist and Team Leader at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission. Her team at JRC supports DG SANTE in the implementation of the EU medical device regulatory framework. This includes running the selection procedure for European Reference Laboratories (EURLs) for high-risk in vitro diagnostics, and supporting the EURLs towards designation and becoming operational.
