Dr. Udo Heintz is an expert in advancing digital health innovation, specialising in the development of safe, effective and compliant AI-powered healthcare solutions. As the Head of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Ada Health GmbH, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commitment to excellence and regulatory adherence. He oversees the company’s pioneering work in delivering state-of-the-art digital health tools, including its flagship AI-powered symptom analysis software, which became one of the first AI healthcare solutions to achieve MDR certification.

With extensive experience in global regulatory strategies, Dr. Heintz has managed diverse portfolios of medical devices, spanning both active and non-active systems.

Dr. Heintz holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology from Heidelberg University and earned his PhD in Biosciences from the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg.

A passionate advocate for innovation in global healthcare, Dr. Heintz is dedicated to the responsible integration of transformative AI technologies, aiming to revolutionise healthcare by improving patient care and optimising healthcare systems.
