Jennifer Neff, PhD

Dr. Neff has worked in the areas of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology for over 18 years, joining Entourage GmbH in February 2023. Entourage is a consultancy company specializing in MedTech and Pharma with locations in Munich, Basel and Milan. Entourage supports leading life science companies in Europe and offers different types of consulting (project consulting, hybrid consulting, strategy consulting) depending on the client needs.

Previously, she held Regulatory, Clinical and Quality positions at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, bess AG, Bayer Health Care, PAREXEL Consulting, NOXXON Pharma AG, Berlin Heart GmbH, and Biotronik GmbH & Co KG. Her experiences include a broad range of medical devices e.g. tracheobronchial stents, ventilation tubes, pace makers, ventricular assist devices, devices for cardiovascular and endovascular diseases, tumor markers, and surgical instruments as well as different types of pharmaceuticals e.g. biomarkers, talc, cancer treatment.

Prior to joining the industry Dr. Neff worked as a veterinarian in small and large animal practice as well as for the Primate Genetics division of the German Primate Center. Dr. Neff received her PhD from the University of Veterinary Medicine of Hannover, her MBA from FOM – University of Applied Science, Germany, and holds a Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC). She is the Chair of the RAPS European Council (REC) and Co-Chair of the Planning Committee for the RAPS EU Convergence.
