Research Engineer
National Laboratory of Metrology and Testing (LNE)

Jérôme-Alexis Chevalier, Ph.D., is a Research Engineer at the Laboratoire National de Métrologie et d'Essais (LNE). His doctoral research focused on uncertainty in high-dimensional regression, with applications in neuroimaging. After completing his thesis, he worked as a senior data scientist at a consultancy firm. More recently, he joined LNE, where he works on AI evaluation, regulation, and metrology projects. He notably contributes to the NoLeFa project, which supports regulatory bodies with technical and scientific expertise in the implementation of AI Act conformity assessments.
